Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs

Points Plus Values Calculated on W.W. Recipe Builder

Need an appetizer idea?  Or serve over rice or with veggies as a main meal.  I used the Fit & Active bag of frozen Turkey Meatballs (64 in bag) but I’m sure any other brand would be great too.  Just may need to recalculate points.

Servings: 8
Points Plus Values:  6

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag of frozen turkey meatballs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 3  cloves of garlic, minced

 Instructions:
1.  In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.

2.  Place frozen meatballs in a crock-pot and pour sauce over meatballs.  Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly.  Cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

3.  Serve with cute little forks at your next get together.
....Or for my family we will eat as our main dish at dinner.  Thinking about serving with steamed veggies and maybe rice.  If you have any ideas that would work well?  Please share!
